This is the Preliminary Environmental Information Report (PEIR) for the proposed scheme, which has been produced to support the statutory consultation. The PEIR includes environmental information to enable consultees to understand the likely significant environmental effects of the proposed scheme based on the preliminary environmental information available at the time, and measures proposed to mitigate such effects, to help inform their consultation responses.
